Easter Sunday is fast approaching. And you know what that means, right? Brunch. We’ve done the dirty work for you and scouted the best places to brunch in Beijing this holiday.

Easter rings in spring. But you know what else it rings in? Brunch season. That’s right - warmer weather means more lazy Sunday afternoons spent wining and dining. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves - remember, the grandaddy of all brunches is Easter brunch, and nowhere’s doing a better spread of it this year than Chapter. The library-turned-dining room is offering egg painting for kids alongside a lavish buffet. On the table? Bourbon-glazed ham, roast lamb leg, baked salmon and, of course, hot cross buns.

The Georg
The Georg is launching its new brunch menu just in time for Easter weekend. Expect a mix of shared spreads, including a basket full of freshly baked breads, pastries and dips and a platter with charcuterie, smoked cheese, rougié duck pate and gruyere terrine. After that indulge in three courses starting with a salmon, asparagus and cheese omelet, a wagyu beef main, and dessert.

One of our favorite places in Beijing, nay, on Planet Earth, to brunch, N'Joy's Sunday buffet is set to do Easter the way it does everything: decadently. Celebrate the holiday with a spread of traditional foods and fun activities at N'Joy, in addition to their usual show-stopping brunch buffet. Or, if you're in the mood for something lighter, drop by the Lobby Bar for a festive spot of Easter High Tea any day from now through April 19.

Greenfish will be serving up snow crab, Iberico pork, lamb chops, fresh oysters, lots and lots of European cheese, Belgian waffles and special Easter cupcakes. It sounds pretty good, right? Kids can also participate in a fun Easter egg hunt... the Easter Bunny will even pay a visit.

Jing (The Peninsula Beijing)
Jing will be all done up on Easter Sunday with brightly painted Easter eggs and bunnies. They'll be offering guests an excellent Champagne brunch, featuring a fresh seafood bar stocked with Fine de Claire oysters, Canadian Blue Lobster, Alaskan King Crab and other delights. Other dishes include roasted lamb, Spanish Iberian pork and egg pie. There will also be a special brunch for the little ones.

Tian Tan Kitchen (New World Bejing Hotel)
Take the whole family to Tian Tan Kitchen this Easter Sunday. They'll be serving up an array of European dishes, Asian specialties, themed dim sum and beautiful desserts. There will also be plenty of activities for the little ones, including a creative kid’s corner play area, an Easter egg hunt, chocolate egg decorating and a special visit from the Easter bunny.

Sofitel Wanda Beijing is offering special "Easter Passports" - but they're only for kids. Children will have to complete fun activities to collect stamps and at the end there will be lucky draws with great gifts for kids. And of course VIC will be serving an Easter Brunch.

Comptoirs de France
OK, this isn't a brunch but we just wanted to mix things up a little bit. Comptoirs de France is hosting their annual Easter egg hunt at East Lake Villa's Clubhouse Lobby, Gardens of Mandarin Duck and the Pavilion Room. If you're interested in taking part, just head over to your closest Comptoirs, buy a colored egg and you'll get a chance to win an invitation. Sorry adults, only kids aged 2-10 can take part in the actual Easter egg hunt.
